Created in honor of the ballerina Anna Pavlova, the Pavlova fruit cake is a truly inspirational dessert, made of extremely simple ingredients: egg, sugar, cream, fruit. The fine, crunchy meringue on the outside and soft on the inside embrace the lightcream and fruit as in a dance. This product is prepared along with macarons and other Parisian delicacies in our own laboratory Kiosque des Douceurs, from premium ingredients for an authentic taste.
